About Annalisa Parisii

Annalisa Parisii was born in the Abruzzo region of Italy in 1961. From very early in life she had a natural talent for painting. She attended the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna and in L'Aquila. Afterwards, she set out on her own personal search exploring the themes of hyperrealism, pop art, and of surrealistic language. Following a period of study and reflection, her language has taken on a new figurative perspective grounded in a poetic reassessment of the reality of daily life.
